Who is Samantha?

I keep reading and hearing about a houseguest named Samantha. Is this one of the twists to this year? She isn't in the official guide, but could we have a 15th member? If anyone has information, please post here!

my guess is that she would be the replacement should there be any violation of rules i.e. fighting, etc
